K&E Travel now has a fabulous new tool for all our Independent agents to use. This is a great spot to tell your fellow agents the type of experiences you have with K&E Travel, but most importantly tell them about the types of trips you have been on and give them ideas to use for their clients.

In the short time I've been with K&E Travel, (March,2010), I've spoken with or emailed both Mark Elie and Paula with various request and questions. Each and every time the response has been almost instantaneous. I asked Mark to set Cruise America RV Rental Co. so we could get a commission on a 2 wk. rental for a client. He got my email after 5PM, called me, then faxed the necessary paper work to Cruise America that same evening! Wow, that's what I call support! I emailed several questions on Mother's Day so they could possibly be considered sometime this week. One question was about a blog so we can share our own and/or clients travel experiences and tips. Mark responded ASAP Sunday evening via email and set up the blog site on Monday 5/10. I've never blogged before but want you to know this company ROCKS. Just by reading the K&E website, following the guidelines layed out in the back office and listening to Mark's training audios, I've saved over $900.00 on hotels for my wife and me. Plus, we've been able to successfully book commissionable travel for clients.
The first phone call to book travel was the hardest. I followed K&E's script and then I was honest and let the reservationist know I was just starting in the industry and would appreciate their assistance and suggestions on booking. They were very helpful and courteous. They were eager to help and welcome the newcomer to the industry. My thanks to Mark and the K&E team for their unbeliveable support, rapid response and encouragement.
